A shared GTM brain for your team and its agents

The GTM system that remembers.

GTM Brain gives your team one shared memory of every account. It notices meaningful changes, explains why they matter, prepares the next best action, and asks before anything is sent or goes live.

  • Remembers every account
  • Works with your agents
  • Humans approve action

The problem

Most AI GTM tools start every task from scratch.

Your CRM stores fields. Your sequence tool sends steps. Your AI assistant waits for a prompt. None of them carries one shared understanding from signal to decision to outcome.

A pile of tools

Context breaks at every handoff.

  • Signals, mail, and notes live in separate systems.
  • Personalization starts with a blank prompt.
  • Risk hides in rules no operator can inspect.
  • Learning becomes someone’s spreadsheet.

GTM Brain

One governed loop from signal to outcome.

  • Every judgment sees the account’s full history.
  • Every draft names evidence for “why now.”
  • Every privileged action crosses policy and approval.
  • Every reply becomes durable learning evidence.
The idea is simple: one shared memory of every account, many helpful agents, and one clear human decision before consequential action.

The operating loop

From market movement
to measurable learning.

Every campaign pass follows the same durable, inspectable sequence. Models assist; policy and humans control forward motion.

  1. 01

    Sense

Ingest ICP-filtered job, funding, company, social, and reply signals from connected sources.

  2. 02

    Remember

Assemble prior signals, touches, replies, suppressions, and outcomes before deciding.

  3. 03

    Judge

Classify the evidence, name the real trigger, and abstain when the case is weak.

  4. 04

    Draft

Write concise outreach grounded in the observed signal and approved proof assets.

  5. 05

    Approve

Park every draft at a durable gate. Review, edit, approve, or reject before delivery.

  6. 06

    Act & learn

Deliver approved work, classify replies, record outcomes, and compare variants in shadow.

Bounded intelligence

Specialized roles.
Clear ownership.

Not every box needs to be an agent. Deterministic code, finite model workers, human decisions, and adapters each do the job they can be trusted to own.

Finite workers and external boundaries operate only within tenant-scoped permissions.

Mutation boundary: agents may request business changes; they never bypass Fabric Platform to write business state.

Trust before magic

Getting live

First campaign pass—
without turning agents loose.

Start with the safe loop, connect data under dry-run controls, then cross a documented go-live gate.

  1. PHASE A

    Prove the safe loop

Run sense → judge → draft → approve on fixture data. No prospect contact and no hidden writes.

    Offline · reversible
  2. PHASE B

    Connect a dry run

Seal organization credentials, ingest real signals, and review drafts with live delivery disabled.

    Tenant-scoped · observable
  3. PHASE C

    Pass the go-live gate

Verify warm inboxes, suppression, proof assets, webhooks, approvers, and explicit activation.

FAQ

Honest questions,
straight answers.

Product truth beats a broad autonomy claim. Here is what GTM Brain does—and where the boundaries are.

What is GTM Brain?

A governed, signal-driven GTM system from Tech Fabric. It maintains account memory, judges why now, drafts trigger-grounded outreach, and routes privileged actions through policy and approval.

Can agents send email on their own?

Not by default. Live delivery is fail-closed until explicitly activated. Delivery revalidates suppression, caps, proof, recipient rules, and the approved campaign manifest.

Where does our data live?

Organization data and sealed vendor credentials are tenant-scoped. The active TechFabric deployment uses managed PostgreSQL for operational memory and keeps model and storage providers behind explicit boundaries.

How is this different from a sequence tool plus a chatbot?

A sequence tool does not remember why now, and a chat prompt does not enforce policy. GTM Brain binds signal → judgment → evidence-grounded draft → durable approval → audited outcome.

Is GTM Brain a managed agency service?

No. It is product software operated in a secure workspace. Tech Fabric can help with implementation and architecture, but operators retain control of the system.

Which channels are live today?

Email is the shipping delivery channel. The artifact model can author social, ad, and landing-page content, but full channel sensing, publication, outcome, and learning adapters are future work.

Technical foundations

Serious infrastructure.
Quietly underneath.

Operators should not need to understand the runtime to trust the product. For technical teams, the active deployment is portable, tenant-scoped, recoverable, and explicit about where each responsibility lives.
